ADMINISTRATION/RESPONSIBILITY
A.   As Dean of the Faculty of Theology and Chaplaincy at Solusi University (2015-Present), responsible for all the administrative functions that go with being dean of the Faculty of Theology such as chairing the Faculty Board, being a member of various academic committees and subcommittees such as the Deans Council, Finance Committee, among others. During my 5-year tenure as Dean at Solusi, I have spearheaded the following:

1.    Implemented E-Learning in 2020 in the wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic because in-person learning has been disrupted.

a) Supervised the production of Modules by lecturers to post on Moodle
b) Trained lecturers on how to upload their instructional material on the Moodle platform
c) Trained lecturers oh how to design and record audio lecturers on WhatsApp for students unable to access Moodle.
d) Administered on-line examinations on Moodle with much success
e) Harmonized all our learning modalities of Regular, Block Release, and Bimester into one as all students in the Faculty of Theology and the rest of Solusi University switch to e-learning.

2.    Launched two initial cohorts of BA Theology programs in Bulawayo in 2018 and Harare in 2019 and the two Solusi Centers now boasts of over 100 students in enrolment.
3.    Launched the Chaplaincy Diploma program in the following specialties: Police, Military, Hospital, Schools, Funeral Homes, and Humanitarian Homes Chaplains.
4.    Re-started the BA Religious Studies program that had been suspended due to non-compliance prior to my arrival at Solusi University. The program had been suspended by the Zimbabwe Council of Higher Education (ZIMCHE).
5.    Serve as Sponsor of the Ministerial Association of the theology students at Solusi University.

B.   As Dean of the Faculty of Theology and Chaplaincy at Solusi University (2015-Present), serving also as co-coordinator of the MA in Religion Program catering for 86 students from Angola and Zimbabwe. 

C.   As Education Director of the Central Zimbabwe Conference (1988-1990), I supervised 18 Primary School and was responsible for teacher staffing and ensuring that integration of faith and learning was upheld in all our Seventh-day Adventist Schools.

D.   During the same period of 1988-1990, I also served as Youth Director of the Central Zimbabwe Conference. I was in charge of coordinating youth ministries in the 35 Districts of the Central Zimbabwe Conference.

E.   Apart from my academic engagements, the bulk of my professional life over the years has been in pastoral ministry caring for local churches in Zimbabwe and in the USA. I have had the opportunity to lead both large and small churches in rural and urban settings belong to diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

F.    My administrative responsibilities have seen me plant a church in Berrien Springs, Michigan, serve as a President of the African Writer’s Forum in North America, and President of the Prayer Conventions in North America.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT (Just a few provided here)
1.    Conducted Field School of Evangelism with Solusi Theology Students in Mount Pleasant, Harare in 2016 where 120 people were baptized.
2.    Conducted Field School of Evangelism with Solusi Theology Students in Gaborone, Botswana in 2017 where 223 people were baptized.
3.    Conducted Field School of Evangelism with Solusi Theology Students in Zvishavane, Zimbabwe in 2018 where 190 people were baptized.
4.    Conducted Field School of Evangelism with Solusi Theology Students in Vendaland, South Africa in 2019 where 213 people were baptized.
5.    In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic the Faculty of Theology and Chaplaincy have had to conduct its Field school of Evangelism virtually with students conducting evangelistic preaching on Zoom, Facebook, and WhatsApp platforms.
6.    Led theology students in the re-build of a house burnt down by a fire that killed three children in the Tshabanda District of the South Zimbabwe Conference in 2018.
7.    Led community ministry classes in assessing and identifying felt needs of communities surrounding the Solusi University Campus. In addition to giving hope through prayer and bible study, I have equipped the students to practically assist in building repair, gardening, and farming projects in the neighboring communities.
8.    Has co-lead a group of students and faculty with clothes and food supplies to Chimanimani after the devastating CYCLONE IDAI had ravaged the region, leaving many people dead or homeless. Counseling of the Cyclone survivors was also conducted.

2.    Composed over 1000 Gospel Songs in English, Shona and Isindebele between 2011-2015 a few of which are featured on youtube under the name; Pastor Zvandasara.  Youtube carries the following of my songs: Wanderings, Phesheya, and Hanganwa Uroyi from my first Album.
3.    In 2007, produced several pieces of Abstract Art, mainly for family consumption.
