  4. TASKFORCE MEMBER/PARTNER:
      • Participated 2017-2021 Strategic Framework Development for ADRA AFRICA Region held in 2016 in Kenya. 5/37 ADRA Africa Country Directors participated in the taskforce.
      • Developed the first PSP for ADRA Zambia in line with the Strategic Plan in 2012.
      • Led an organization that successfully implemented development projects funded and implemented in Partnership with Mr Colin B. Glassco an ADRA Zambia funder and partner, during my time as Country Director of the NGO contributing to Mr Colin B. Glassco receiving the Grand Commander Award in 2016 (highest award given by Government of Zambia) for the life changing projects in the country.
      • Taskforce member of Zimbabwe University Registrars for the development of the Internationalization Framework for Higher and Tertiary Framework
      • Vice Chairperson of the Taskforce/Committee for the development of the Doctoral Training Framework for Higher and Tertiary Framework which included Pro Vice Chancellors and University Registrars, among others.
